(61) Tout organisme, organisation ou association agissant dans l'intérêt général constitué(e) conformément au droit d'un État membre devrait avoir le droit d'introduire une réclamation ou d'exercer le droit de recours pour le compte de personnes concernées l'ayant mandaté(e) à cet effet, ou d'introduire une réclamation en son propre nom, indépendamment de celle d'une personne concernée, dans les cas où l'organisme, l'organisation ou l'association considère qu'une violation de données à caractère personnel a été commise.
(61) Any body, organisation or association acting in the public interest constituted according to the law of a Member State should have the right to lodge a complaint or exercise the right to a judicial remedy on behalf of data subjects if duly mandated by them, or to lodge, independently of a data subject's complaint, its own complaint where it considers that a personal data breach has occurred.
