1. Articles 87 to 90, 92(1) and 94 to 97 shall not apply to goods which have temporarily left the customs territory of the Community while moving between two points in that territory by sea or air, provided that carriage has been effected by a direct route and by an air or regular shipping service without a stop outside the customs territory of the Community.

‘private pleasure-flying’ and ‘private pleasure-sea-navigation’ means the use of an aircraft or a sea-going vessel by its owner or the natural or legal person who enjoys its use either through hire or through any other means, for purposes other than commercial and in particular other than for the carriage of passengers or goods or for the supply of services for consideration or for the purposes of public authorities;

For the purposes of this Directive "private pleasure craft" shall mean any craft used by its owner or the natural or legal person who enjoys its use either through hire or through any other means, for other than commercial purposes and in particular other than for the carriage of passengers or goods or for the supply of services for consideration or for the purposes of public authorities.

2a.As an exemption from the provisions of Article 115(2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92, the quantity referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article may be replaced by imports of milk powder and/or butter/butter oil provided that liquid milk or cream is used in the production of the exported goods and that none of the following ingredients of milk: milk fat, milk protein and lactose, calculated on the basis of dry matter, exceed the corresponding ingredients used in production.

Voyage" shall mean a commercial transport operation over a distance normal for the carriage of goods of the same type (over 50 km) and carrying a volume of cargo in reasonable proportion to the cargo capacity of the vessel (at least 70 %).
