4. En cas de modification du contenu des informations communiquées conformément au paragraphe 1, point b), la société de gestion notifie, par écrit, cette modification aux autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine et de l'État membre d'accueil avant d'effectuer le changement, pour que les autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine puissent, le cas échéant, indiquer à la société de gestion tout changement ou complément à apporter aux informations communiquées conformément au paragraphe 3.
4. Should the content of the information communicated in accordance with paragraph 1(b) be amended, the management company shall give notice of the amendment in writing to the competent authorities of the home Member State and of the host Member State before implementing the change, so that the competent authorities of the host Member State may, if necessary, inform the company of any change or addition to be made to the information communicated under paragraph 3.
