The European Commission has decided to approve the acquisition by Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A., an Italian telecommunications operator jointly controlled by Enel S.p.A., Italy (Enel), France Telecom SA (FT), France, and Deutsche Telekom AG (DT), Germany, of Enel's internal telecommunications network.
