create the necessary conditions and adopt measures, as appropriate, so that as from 2012 – in accordance with national legislation and practice, and on the basis of trials and testing – it is possible for ECVET to be gradually applied to VET qualifications at all levels of the EQF, and used for the purpose of the transfer, recognition and accumulation of individuals′ learning outcomes achieved in formal and, where appropriate, non-formal and informal contexts;
die notwendigen Voraussetzungen zu schaffen und gegebenenfalls Maßnahmen zu erlassen, damit es möglich ist, das ECVET ab 2012 — im Einklang mit den nationalen Rechtsvorschriften und Gepflogenheiten und auf der Grundlage von Erprobung und Überprüfung — auf die berufsbildenden Qualifikationen auf allen Ebenen des EQR schrittweise anzuwenden und für die Zwecke der Anrechnung, Anerkennung und Akkumulierung von Lernergebnissen zu nutzen, die eine Einzelperson in formalen und gegebenenfalls in nicht formalen und informellen Lernumgebungen erzielt hat;
