Le financement devrait être assuré soit sous forme de subventions, sans appel de propositions, à l'organisme reconnu en vertu du présent règlement, soit sous forme de subventions après appel de propositions, soit par voie de passation de marchés publics à cet organisme ou à d'autres entités, en fonction de la nature de l'activité à financer et conformément au règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002 du Conseil du 25 juin 2002 portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes («le règlement financier»).
Financing should be provided in the form of grants to the body recognised under this Regulation without a call for proposals, in the form of grants after a call for proposals, or by the award of contracts to that or to other bodies, depending on the nature of the activity to be financed and in accordance with Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities (the Financial Regulation).
