ETAT DE LA SANTE DANS LA COMMUNAUTE EUROPEENNE - CONCLUSIONS DU CONSEIL "LE CONSEIL DE L'UNION EUROPEENNE se félicite du rapport de la Commission, du 19 juillet 1995, concernant l'état de la santé dans la Communauté européenne ; prend note que, comme le rapport a été préparé avant l'entrée des nouveaux Etats membres, ce rapport ne comporte aucune information les concernant ; prend note avec satisfaction de l'intention de la Commission de présenter des rapports sur l'état de santé sur une base régulière ; souligne l'intérêt de coopérer à cette fin avec les organisations internationales compétentes en matière de santé publique ; considère que l'élaboration de rapports contenant des informations complètes et précises sur l'état de la santé, sur les facteurs déterminants de la santé et sur les activités relatives à la santé dans l'ensemble de la Communauté constitue un moyen permettant d'approfondir la connaissance et la compréhension sur les principaux problèmes sanitaires au sein de la Communauté et sur les actions et les programmes au niveau de la Communauté et des Etats membres ; considè
