Sans préjudice du premier alinéa, points a), b) et c), les DCT peuvent suivre l’exécution des opérations de rachat d’office visées à ces points concernant des instructions de règlement multiples, portant sur les mêmes instruments financiers et dont le délai d’exécution expire à la même date, l’objectif étant de réduire au minimum le nombre d’opérations de rachat d’office à exécuter, et donc l’effet sur les prix des instruments financiers concernés.
Without prejudice to points (a), (b) and (c) of the first subparagraph, CSDs may monitor the execution of buy-ins referred to in those points with respect to multiple settlement instructions, on the same financial instruments and with the same date of expiry of the execution period, with the aim of minimising the number of buy-ins to be executed and thus the impact on the prices of the relevant financial instruments.
