lorsque des titres d’OPC monétaires sont émis pour la première fois ou lorsqu’il convient de procéder au changement d’une option de déclaration ou à la combinaison d’options de déclaration du fait des évolutions du marché, comme défini à l’annexe I, deuxième partie, section 5.7, point b), les BCN peuvent octroyer, pour une période d’un an, des dérogations aux obligations de déclaration statistique prévues à l’annexe I, deuxième partie, section 5.7; ou
where MMF shares/units are issued for the first time or where market developments require a change of a reporting option or the combination thereof, as defined in Section 5.7(b) of Part 2 of Annex I, NCBs may grant derogations, for a period of one year, in respect of the statistical reporting requirements set out in Section 5.7 of Part 2 of Annex I; or
