Le requérant fait valoir également que les fiches de poste des deux autres membres de l’équipe à laquelle il appartient, qu’il joint en annexe à la requête, sont identiques à celle du poste qu’il occupe, alors, d’une part, que les deux fonctionnaires occupant ces postes sont classés l’un au grade AD 12, l’autre au grade AD 13 et, d’autre part, qu’il a été nommé au grade AD 5 en remplacement d’un fonctionnaire de grade AD 13 et pour exercer les mêmes fonctions.
The applicant also claims that the job descriptions of the two other members of the team to which he belongs, which he attaches as annexes to the application, are the same as for the post which he occupies, although, of the two officials occupying those posts, one is in grade AD 12 and the other in grade AD 13 and, moreover, the applicant was recruited at grade AD 5 as a replacement for an official in grade AD 13 to perform the same functions.
