57. souligne que la Commission n'a pas fourni au rapporteur du Parlement les rapports narratifs et financiers définitifs des partenaires d'ECHO sur la mise en œuvre des actions humanitaires à la suite des catastrophes en Haïti et au Pakistan en 2010, au motif qu'ils contiennent des informations sensibles sur les partenaires d'ECHO; insiste sur le fait que le Parlement doit avoir accès à ces rapports ou, à tout le moins, aux principaux éléments concernant l'efficacité et l'efficience de la mise en œuvre des actions, de façon à pouvoir juger de leur bonne gestion financière;
57. Points out that the Commission did not provide Parliament's rapporteur with the final narrative and financial reports of the ECHO partners on the implementation of humanitarian actions in the aftermath of the catastrophes in Haiti and Pakistan in 2010, on the grounds that they included sensitive information on ECHO partners; stresses that Parliament must have access to such reports, or at least to the main facts about the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of actions, in order to be able to judge as to their sound financial management;
