En conclusion, je dirais que ce qui est clair pour le Réseau d'action des femmes handicapées du Canada, c'est qu'il faut donner aux personnes handicapées qui ont réussi à trouver un emploi, l'assurance non seulement qu'on va tenir compte de leurs besoins, mais aussi que leur employeur est conscient de ce qui signifie un handicap et comprend qu'il doit, en tant qu'employeur, avoir une formation et une sensibilisation aux besoins de ses employés handicapés.
I would conclude by saying that one of the things that comes clear to the DisAbled Women's Network is that people with disabilities, once they've stepped into an employment situation and obtained a job, still need the assurance that not only will the needs of people with disabilities be adhered to, but also that employers are cognizant and aware of what disability means and how they, as employers, need to have training and be sensitized to the needs their employees with disabilities have.
