112. Par dérogation à la Loi sur les banques, ni le détenteur d’un récépissé ni l’exploitant d’une installation agréée qui l’a établi ne peuvent grever le grain mentionné dans le récépissé d’une charge, d’un droit ou d’un intérêt portant atteinte aux droits ou aux intérêts du détenteur autrement que par endossement ou remise du récépissé au bénéficiaire de la charge, du droit ou de l’intérêt en question.
112. Despite anything in the Bank Act, no charge on or interest or right in grain referred to in an elevator receipt that affects the interest or right of the holder of the receipt may be created by the holder, or by the operator of a licensed elevator who issued the receipt, other than by the endorsement or delivery of the receipt to the person in whose favour the charge, interest or right is created.
