And you said something interesting in your opening comments: you don't believe that in fact the Government of Canada has requested from the American government the detailed technical requirements, for example, around the stealth features of the airplane you're offering.

It seems to me your key point here is that Canadian officials have not yet received a full briefing from the U.S. Navy including the aircraft's stealth characteristics.
