1. Sans préjudice des compétences de la Cour des comptes ni des vérifications effectuées par les États membres conformément aux dispositions législatives, réglementaires et administratives nationales, des fonctionnaires de la Commission ou agents autorisés de la Commission peuvent effectuer des vérifications sur place, notamment par sondage, des actions financées par le Fonds et des systèmes de gestion et de contrôle, avec un préavis d'un jour ouvrable au minimum.

Without prejudice to the powers of the Court of Auditors or the checks carried out by the Member States in accordance with national laws, regulations and administrative provisions, Commission officials or authorised Commission representativesmay carry out on the spot checks, including sample checks, on the operations financed by the Fund and on management and control systems with a minimum of one working day’s notice.
