By Decision 2002/611/EC (4) the Commission accepted a price undertaking with regard to both the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on the imports from India offered by one Indian exporting producer, namely Kokan Synthetics and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd (Kokan).

By Decision 2013/423/EU (6) the Commission accepted a price undertaking from a group of exporting producers together with the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (‘CCCME’) with regard to the provisional anti-dumping duty.

The Commission, by Decision 2008/577/EC (6) (‘the Decision’) accepted a price undertaking (‘the undertaking’), inter alia, from the companies Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) ‘Azot’, Novomoskovsk, Russia, or Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) ‘Nevinnomyssky Azot’, Nevinnomyssk, Russia, concerning imports of ammonium nitrate produced by these companies and either sold directly to the first independent customer in the Union or sold by Eurochem Trading GmbH, Zug, Switzerland or sold via Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) Mineral and Chemical Company ‘Eurochem’, Moscow, Russia and EuroC ...[+++]hem Trading GmbH, Zug, Switzerland, (‘the Eurochem Group’) to the first independent customer in the Union.

One party to the forward is the buyer (long), who agrees to pay the forward price on the settlement date; the other is the seller (short), who agrees to receive the forward price.

Within the framework of these proceedings, the Commission, by Decision 2002/611/EC (5) accepted a price undertaking offered by an Indian company, i.e. Kokan Synthetics and Chemicals Pvt Ltd (the company).
