Lorsque les valeurs d'une valorisation divergent nettement des valeurs présentées par l'entité dans ses états financiers, l'évaluateur utilise les hypothèses de cette valorisation pour éclairer les ajustements des hypothèses et des politiques comptables nécessaires à l'élaboration du bilan à jour requis par l'article 36, paragraphe 6, de la directive 2014/59/UE, d'une manière compatible avec le référentiel comptable applicable.
4. Where the values of the valuation diverge significantly from the values presented by the entity in the financial statements, the valuer shall use the assumptions of that valuation, to inform the adjustments to the assumptions and to the accounting policies necessary for the preparation of the updated balance sheet required under Article 36(6) of Directive 2014/59/EU, in a way consistent with the applicable accounting framework.
