A. considérant que la déclaration de Vienne, adoptée le 25 juin 1993 par la Conférence mondiale de l'ONU sur les droits humains réaffirme que les "droits humains des femmes et des fillettes font partie de manière inaliénable, intégrale et indivisible des droits humains universels" et que l'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes est un droit et un principe fondamental de l'UE, reconnu par le traité instituant la Communauté européenne et par la Charte des droits fondamentaux de l'Union européenne; considérant qu'en dépit des progrès importants réalisés dans ce domaine, de nombreuses inégalités demeurent entre femmes et hommes;
