Sans préjudice de toute mesure particulière à prendre par les États membres en vue d’assurer la présentation de tout document justificatif en temps utile pour permettre l’organisation et la réalisation de contrôles efficaces, le premier alinéa s’applique aussi aux demandes de soutien, documents, contrats ou autres déclarations qui doivent être transmis à l’autorité compétente, si ces demandes de soutien, documents, contrats ou déclarations sont constitutifs de l’admissibilité au bénéfice de l’aide ou du soutien concerné.
Without prejudice to any particular measures to be taken by the Member States with regard to the need for the submission of any supporting documents in due time to allow effective controls to be scheduled and carried out, the first subparagraph shall also apply with regard to applications for support, documents, contracts or other declarations to be submitted to the competent authority where such applications for support, documents, contracts or declarations are constitutive for the eligibility for the aid or support in question.
