1. En cas de constatation d’une discordance entre le stock physique, le stock enregistré dans le registre et les livraisons de matières premières, ou de l’absence de pièces justificatives pour établir la concordance entre ces éléments, l'agrément du transformateur est retiré pour une période à déterminer par les États membres, qui ne peut pas être inférieure à trois mois à partir de la date de la constatation.
1. If the competent authority of the Member State detects a discrepancy between the physical stock, the stock registered in the records and deliveries of raw materials, or the absence of supporting documents to ensure consistency between these elements, the processor’s approval shall be withdrawn for a period to be determined by the Member States, which may not be less than three months from the date of the finding.
