2. Il est décrété, en vue des travaux d’aménagement hydro-électrique projetés par la Commission d’énergie du Nord canadien, que soient soustraites à l’aliénation en vertu de la Loi sur les terres territoriales les terres décrites dans l’annexe, y compris les minéraux qui se trouvent sous ces terres, sous réserve des droits des détenteurs de concessions minières enregistrées qui sont en règle.
2. It is hereby ordered, for the purpose of future development of hydro electric power by the Northern Canada Power Commission, to withdraw from disposal under the Territorial Lands Act the lands described in the schedule, including the minerals underlying such lands, without prejudice to the rights of holders of recorded mineral claims in good standing.
