In the event of a significant increase in foreign sourcing (and therefore an impact on the total cost of production for one of the parties), the FTA foresees, after 5 years from entry into force of the Agreement, a special clause, which can result in a limitation of the duties on parts that can be refunded to a maximum of 5%.
Bei einem erheblichen Anstieg der Drittstaatimporte (und daher bei Auswirkungen auf die Gesamtkosten der Produktion in Korea oder der EU) ist im Abkommen die Anwendung einer besonderen Klausel fünf Jahre nach seinem Inkrafttreten vorgesehen, wonach es möglich ist, die Zölle auf Teile zu begrenzen, die bis zu einer Höchstgrenze von 5 % erstattet werden können.
