Die Änderungen betreffen die Definition von Unregelmäßigkeiten nach Artikel 1 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2988/95 des Rates, die Definition des Betrugsverdachts, die Klärung des Zeitpunkts für die Meldung eines Falles, die Definition von Konkurs und dessen Ausschluss von der Meldepflicht - außer in bestimmten Fällen wie Betrugsverdacht, die elektronische Meldung von Unregelmäßigkeiten, die Anhebung der Meldeschwelle von 4 000 auf 10 000 EUR und die Neufestlegung der Ziele mit besonderem Nachdruck auf der Risikoanalyse.
