The final product formulation, including all intentionally added ingredients present at a concentration of greater than 0,010 %, shall not, unless expressly derogated in the Appendix, contain substances or mixtures classified as toxic, hazardous to the environment, respiratory or skin sensitisers, or carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 or Council Directive 67/548/EC and as interpreted according to the hazard statements and risk phrases listed in Table 5 of this criteria.
Sofern nicht in der Anlage ausdrücklich eine Ausnahme gemacht wurde, darf die Formulierung des Endprodukts einschließlich aller absichtlich zugesetzten Inhaltsstoffe mit einer Konzentration von mehr als 0,010 % keine Stoffe oder Gemische enthalten, die gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 oder der Richtlinie 67/548/EWG des Rates und gemäß den Auslegung nach den Gefahrenhinweisen und Risikosätzen, die in Tabelle 5 dieses Kriteriums aufgeführt sind, als giftig, umweltgefährlich, Inhalations- oder Hautallergene, erbgutverändernd oder reproduktionstoxisch eingestuft werden.
