Article 14(1) of the Regulation provides that “an air carrier’s flight plan may be rejected by the competent Air Traffic Management authorities if the air carrier intends to land or take off at a coordinated airport, during the periods for which it is coordinated, without having a slot allocated by the coordinator”.
L'article 14, paragraphe 1, du règlement dispose: «Le plan de vol d'un transporteur aérien peut être refusé par les autorités compétentes en matière de gestion du trafic aérien si ce transporteur aérien a l'intention d'atterrir ou de décoller dans un aéroport coordonné, pendant les périodes où l'aéroport est coordonné, sans disposer d'un créneau horaire attribué par le coordonnateur».
