10. Reaffirms the importance of non-governmental organizations, as well as other civil society actors and therefore calls on the Turkish Government to ensure a strengthened coordinated and institutionalized dialogue with civil society and women's NGOs particularly in the drafting of the new constitution, and ensure that civil society is constantly involved in all areas of policymaking, including policy on social security and the negotiations with the EU;
10. réaffirme l’importance des organisations non gouvernementales, ainsi que des acteurs de la société civile et demande donc au gouvernement turc d’assurer un dialogue coordonné renforcé et institutionnalisé avec la société civile et les ONG de femmes notamment dans l’élaboration de la nouvelle constitution, et de veiller à ce que la société civile évolue constamment dans tous les domaines de l’élaboration de la politique, y compris la politique de sécurité sociale et les négociations avec l’UE ;
