The European Commission already found in 2007 that certain Swiss company tax regimes were incompatible with the EU-Switzerland agreement of 1972 (Decision C(2007)411 final, notably cantonal tax schemes as the Holding Scheme, Management Company Scheme and Mixed Company Scheme).
