Germany replied by letter dated 23 September, registered as received on 25 September, in which it also informed the Commission that MobilCom had, on 22 September 2003, fully repaid the outstanding loans for which State guarantees had been granted and that the guarantee bonds were being returned to the Federal Government and the Land of Schleswig-Holstein by KfW (the consortium leader).
Dans celle‐ci, elle faisait aussi savoir à la Commission que MobilCom avait remboursé intégralement, le 22 septembre 2003, les lignes de crédit encore ouvertes et couvertes par des garanties publiques et que les documents de garantie avaient été restitués au Bund et au Land de Schleswig-Holstein par KfW (qui était à la tête du consortium).
