The writing has remained the same. It hasn't changed at all, even though our understanding of the law since has evolved considerably, to say the least, because when you go into the statistics, there has been a decision of the Supreme Court of Canada about aboriginal rights maybe once every five years, and it goes on exponentially.
Le texte est resté le même, il n'a pas changé du tout, même si notre interprétation de la loi a beaucoup évolué depuis, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire, car, quand on examine les statistiques, on constate qu'il y a une décision de la Cour suprême du Canada sur les droits autochtones environ une fois tous les cinq ans, avec croissance exponentielle.
