Tijdens die bijeenkomst is de adviesgroep, na bestudering van het voorstel voor een richtlijn van het Europees Parlement en de Raad tot codificering van de twaalfde Richtlijn 89/667/EEG van de Raad van 21 december 1989 inzake het vennootschapsrecht betreffende eenpersoonsvennootschappen met beperkte aansprakelijkheid, unaniem tot de slotsom gekomen dat het voorstel een regelrechte codificering van bestaande teksten inhoudt, zonder enige inhoudelijke wijziging.
At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council codifying Council Directive 89/667/EEC of 21 December 1989 in the area of company law on single-member private limited-liability companies resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s establishing, by common accord, that the proposal is effectively a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
