De desbetreffende NCB of, indien groepsgegevens uit hoofde van lid 5 aan de ECB worden gerapporteerd, de ECB verzoekt dat de groepsgegevens rapporterende informatieplichtigen op kwartaalbasis de markering „emittent maakt deel uit van de rapportagegroep (prudentieel bereik)” effectgewijs rapporteren en „emittent maakt deel uit van de rapportagegroep (accountingbereik)” effectgewijs voor de effecten met of zonder ISIN-code, welke hun groep overeenkomstig hoofdstuk 2 van bijlage I aanhoudt”.
The relevant NCB or, where group data is reported to the ECB pursuant to paragraph 5, the ECB shall request that group data reporting agents report on a quarterly basis, the flag “issuer is part of the reporting group (prudential scope)”, on a security-by-security basis, and “issuer is part of the reporting group (accounting scope)”, on a security-by-security basis, for the securities with or without an ISIN code which are held by their group in accordance with Chapter 2 of Annex I’.
