Since the outset we have believed that it was necessary to have this text, which seeks to put an end to the vicious circle of the fight against road accidents: after the rules on speed limits and blood alcohol level, it was time to talk about the need to change drivers’ attitudes and protection in vehicles; it is now time to highlight the black spots on the European road network.
Desde el principio hemos creído en la necesidad de este texto, que viene a cerrar el círculo virtuoso de la lucha contra la siniestralidad vial: tras las normas de limitación de velocidad, de presencia de alcohol en la sangre, que hablan de la necesidad de cambiar las actitudes de los conductores, la protección en los automóviles, era necesario señalar ahora los puntos negros en la red viaria europea.
