l’OPC monétaire peut, par exception à la condition énoncée au point a), détenir des émissions souveraines ayant obtenu au moins la notation «investissement», étant entendu que les «émissions souveraines» sont des instruments du marché monétaire émis ou garantis par un pouvoir central, régional ou local ou par la banque centrale d’un État membre, la BCE, l’Union ou la Banque européenne d’investissement;
the money market fund may, as an exception to the requirement in point (a), hold sovereign issuance of at least investment grade quality, whereby ‘sovereign issuance’ means money market instruments issued or guaranteed by a central, regional or local authority or central bank of a Member State, the ECB, the Union or the European Investment Bank;
