Were there a clear definition saying that when there are reasonable grounds to suspect a real threat to transportation security, and that particular term were also defined, would you then have a problem if CSIS or the RCMP had the authority to electronically get the list of a particular flight or all flights coming in with a particular airline because they have reasonable grounds to suspect that there is a threat to transportation security or a threat to the security of Canada?
