d) avoir touché un traitement à un taux égal au taux de traitement autorisé, à l’époque pertinente, à être payé à une personne occupant dans la fonction publique l’emploi à plein temps qui correspond de plus près à l’emploi occupé par le contributeur, ou en en accomplissant les fonctions, tel que le Conseil du Trésor le détermine.
(d) to have received salary at a rate equal to the rate of salary authorized, at the relevant time, to be paid to a person holding, or performing the duties of, the full-time position in the Public Service which most nearly corresponds to the position held by the contributor, as determined by the Treasury Board.
