(7) Deuxièmement, les capacités opérationnelles de la Commission doivent être renforcées; dans le contexte spécifique de la surveillance statistique dans la procédure concernant les déficits excessifs, des visites de dialogue régulier et des visites de surveillance approfondie sont nécessaires et toutes les connaissances expertes existantes doivent être mobilisées, notamment au niveau national.
(7) Second, the operational capacities of the Commission in the statistical field have to be strengthened ; in the specific context of statistical monitoring under the excessive deficit procedure, regular dialogue visits and in-depth monitoring visits are required and all existing expertise has to be mobilised, including at national level.
