Le lac Vaseux, situé, sis et se trouvant dans le township quatre-vingt-cinq (85), district de Similkameen, province de la Colombie-Britannique, et l’île qui s’y trouve désignée comme étant la subdivision de lot numéro vingt-trois (23); l’ensemble de la rivière Okanagan entre l’extrémité nord du lac Vaseux et la réserve indienne à l’extrémité sud du lac Dog; les marécages et canaux contigus au lac Vaseux et les parties susmentionnées de la rivière Okanagan et tous les terrains en deçà de cent (100) verges des rives dudit lac Vaseux et de ladite rivière Okanagan.
Vaseux Lake, situated, lying and being in Township eighty-five (85) in the district of Similkameen in the Province of British Columbia, and the island therein known as Sub-Lot twenty-three (23); the whole of the Okanagan River between the north end of Vaseux Lake and the Indian reserve at the south end of Dog Lake; the sloughs and channels contiguous to Vaseux Lake and the aforementioned portions of the Okanagan River, and all lands within one hundred (100) yards of the shores of the said Vaseux Lake and Okanagan River.
