Cette définition ne vise pas à empêcher les États membres d'avoir des notions similaires en ce qui concerne les intermédiaires d'assurance qui, tout en agissant pour le compte et au nom d'une entreprise d'assurance et sous son entière responsabilité sont habilités à percevoir des primes et des sommes destinées aux clients en conformité avec les garanties financières prévues par la présente directive.
This definition is not intended to preclude Member States from having similar concepts in respect of insurance intermediaries who, while acting for and on behalf of an insurance undertaking and under the full responsibility of that undertaking, are entitled to collect premiums or amounts intended for the customer in accordance with the financial guarantees laid down by this Directive.
