J'espère que les travaux pour un recruitment office commun, comme l'on dit en allemand moderne, c'est-à-dire une autorité européenne de recrutement, avanceront réellement, afin que nous puissions répondre aux problèmes qui se présenteront à toutes les institutions - au Conseil comme à la Commission, au Parlement et aux autres institutions - dans les prochaines années, à savoir le besoin de personnel. Je souhaite vivement que nous fassions de grands progrès dans ce domaine.
I hope that work will progress on a European recruitment agency – or “joint recruitment office” as we call it in our very best German – so that we can jointly overcome the problems which all the institutions – the Council, the Commission, Parliament and the other institutions – will face over coming years, i.e. the problem of staffing over coming years.
