(a) Aux fins d'application du présent règlement, est considérée comme eau-de-vie de raisin sec ou raisin brandy la boisson spiritueuse obtenue par distillation du produit obtenu par fermentation alcoolique de l'extrait des raisins secs des cépages «noir de Corinthe» ou «moscatel d'Alexandrie», distillé à moins de 94,5 % vol, de telle sorte que le distillat ait un arôme et un goût provenant de la matière première utilisée.
(a) For the purpose of this Regulation, raisin spirit or raisin brandy shall mean a spirit drink produced by the distillation of the product obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of extract of dried grapes of the "Corinth Black" or "Moscatel of Alexandria" varieties, distilled at less than 94,5% vol., so that the distillate has an aroma and taste derived from the raw material used.
