Nous pouvons bien sûr insister sur une refonte du TFTP, mais, franchement, en fin de compte, cela n’est pas vraiment entre nos mains. Aussi ne puis-je que prier instamment le Conseil et la Commission, ainsi que l’a fait M. Busuttil, de s’attaquer sans attendre aux décisions politiques fondamentales.
We can, of course, insist on a redesign of the TFTP but honestly, in the end, this is not in our hands really and I can therefore only urge the Council and the Commission, like Mr Busuttil did, to address the fundamental policy decisions straight away.
