Pourvoi formé contre l'arrêt du Tribunal (septième chambre) du 1 février 2013, Polyelectrolyte Producers Group e.a./Commission (T-368/11) par lequel le Tribunal a rejeté un recours visant l’annulation du règlement (UE) no 366/2011 de la Commission, du 14 avril 2011, modifiant le règlement (CE) no 1907/2006 du Parlement européen et du Conseil concernant l’enregistrement, l’évaluation et l’autorisation des substances chimiques, ainsi que les restrictions applicables à ces substances (REACH) (JO L 101, p. 12), dans la mesure où il établi des restrictions à la mise sur le marché de l’acrylamide pour les applications d’étanchéisation
Appeal brought against the judgement of the General Court (Seventh Chamber) of 1 February 2013 in Case T-368/11 Polyelectrolyte Producers Group and Others v Commission wherein the General Court dismissed an action for annulment of Commission Regulation (EU) No 366/2011 of 14 April 2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (OJ 2011 L 101, p. 12) insofar as it imposes restrictions on the marketing of acrylamide for grouting applications
