3.5 Lorsqu’un employé, au cours de son travail, doit se déplacer d’un niveau à un autre et que la dénivellation entre ces niveaux est de plus de 450 mm, l’employeur doit prévoir l’installation d’une échelle fixe, d’un escalier fixe ou d’un plan incliné fixe.
3.5 Where an employee in the course of employment is required to move from one level to another level that is more than 450 mm higher or lower than the former level, the employer shall install a fixed ladder, stairway or ramp between the levels.
