annexes must be preceded by a schedule of annexes containing, in respect of each document annexed, the number (e.g. A.1), an indication of the nature of the document (e.g. ‘letter of . from X to Z’), the page reference and paragraph number in the application where the document is mentioned (e.g. ‘p. 7, para. 17’), the number of pages of the document, and the page reference (within the consecutively numbered set of documents) for the first page of the particular document annexed.
