On entend par «pureté» le pourcentage de monosaccharides et de disaccharides sur matière sèche, déterminé selon la méthode de l'International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis, ci-après dénommée «méthode Icumsa», (ICUMSA method GS7/8/4-24).
‘Purity’ means the percentage of monosaccharides and disaccharides in the dry matter, as determined by the International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis method, hereinafter referred to as the ‘ICUMSA method’ (ICUMSA method GS7/8/4-24).
