3. invite la Commission à approfondir davantage l'aspect de la corrélation entre le transport maritime à courte distance et le transport fluvial ou d'autres moyens de transport, comme le rail ou les infrastructures d'accès par voie terrestre, afin d'offrir au secteur industriel et au secteur commercial des infrastructures permettant de promouvoir de façon appropriée leurs activités économiques;
3. Calls on the Commission to consider more closely the question of the links between short sea shipping and river transport or other means of transport such as railways or infrastructures for access by land, so as to ensure that both the industrial and commercial sectors enjoy the infrastructures necessary to sustain their economic activities properly;
