(2) La fourniture, effectuée au profit d’une personne non-résidente qui n’est pas inscrite aux termes de la sous-section d de la section V de la partie IX de la loi au moment de la fourniture, d’un bien — calibre, matrice, moule, outil ou accessoire fixe — ou d’un droit dans un tel bien, à utiliser directement dans la fabrication ou la production d’un bien meuble corporel pour la personne.
(2) A supply of property that is a jig, die, mould, tool or fixture, or an interest therein, made to a non-resident person who is not registered under Subdivision d of Division V of Part IX of the Act at the time the supply is made, where the property is to be used directly in the manufacture or production of tangible personal property for the non-resident person.
