a) personnes et biens qui se trouvent dans la province de la Saskatchewan, sauf à l’égard du lait produit en Saskatchewan et commercialisé dans les provinces d’Alberta et du Manitoba suite à un contingent pour le lait donné par le Alberta Milk Control Board ou le Manitoba Milk Producers en vertu du Décret sur le lait de l’Alberta ou du Décret sur le lait du Manitoba;
(a) persons and property situated within the Province of Saskatchewan, except in respect of milk produced in that Province and marketed in the Provinces of Alberta or Manitoba pursuant to a milk quota granted by the Alberta Milk Control Board or the Manitoba Milk Producers in accordance with the Alberta Milk Order or the Manitoba Milk Order, respectively; and
