Personnellement, je vais faire de mon mieux pour dénouer les fils des deux ou trois dernières décennies qui nous lient les mains, pour identifier et appuyer un nouveau genre de gouvernement, c'est-à-dire un gouvernement qui ait l'intelligence, l'intégrité et le courage de tirer le Canada des griffes de la règle de l'entreprise et de relancer un nouveau modèle économique qui valorise la vie tout autant que le modèle actuel valorise la mort.
I for one will be working to undo the treachery of the past two to three decades, to identify and support a new kind of government, one with the smarts, the integrity, and the guts to retrieve this country from the clutches of its corporate rule and make a start on a new economic model, one that values and enhances life just as surely as the present model is death oriented.
