À cet égard, il y a lieu de relever que, indépendamment des mesures adoptées par l’AIPN afin d’assurer la cohérence de la notation, conformément à l’article 5 de l’annexe III du statut, c’est le jury du concours, et non l’AIPN, qui a supervisé les épreuves et établi la liste d’aptitude des candidats.
In that regard, it should be noted that, irrespective of the measures adopted by the appointing authority in order to ensure the consistency of the marking in accordance with Article 5 of Annex III to the Staff Regulations, it is the selection board and not the appointing authority which supervised the tests and drew up the list of suitable candidates.
